Respect the data or do not collect it.
StackMax is still in demo mode, so this page reflects the product as it exists today and the standards it should meet as it matures.
Current demo behavior
This demo currently stores sign-in state in your browser so you can move through the product without a backend account system. No payment flow, clinical workflow, or external health-data integration is active in this build.
If you clear local storage, the demo session resets. That is expected for the current stage of the product.
What the production standard needs to be
A production version of StackMax should collect the minimum amount of personal data required to personalize analysis and should make export and deletion straightforward.
Health-adjacent products do not get to be sloppy with trust. Any future persistent storage, analytics, or third-party processors must be documented clearly before launch.
What we do not want
No selling personal data. No dark patterns around consent. No vague privacy copy that says a lot without saying anything.
If StackMax adds sensitive workflows later, the privacy language should become more precise, not more evasive.
